With 3 boys playing this year, we have very few nights at home without a game or two. When we don't have games this is what we see outside. Actually we see this even when we are leaving for games. Quite often we are pulling the boys away from a neighborhood game to go to a city game.
Monday night the neighbors were all playing a game when we called the boys in for dinner and Family Night. As we started Family Night we could still hear the neighbors outside playing. Not usually a big deal, but it was distracting for our boys so Shane went to the door. We all looked at each other wondering what Shane would say to them. Yep, he invited them all to join us for Family Night. They didn't come in although they were welcome to.Quite often we see the boys playing a game while the girls are circling the neighborhood on rip-sticks. There are a few crushes out there amongst the 11/12 yr olds. We are always getting the scoop on who likes who and so forth. It's fun to watch.

I love that you have a neighborhood full of kids. We are not that fortunate and so it's a good thing we have so many kids.
We love basketball season too...
That's how our boys were. We had the basketball hoop in the backyard, but they always played out front at the Diederich's. No one could "see" them in the backyard! Can't wait for spring!
Your house IS the hot spot this year! I guess your getting your moneys worth! Thanks for letting my kids play on that thing EVERY DAY!
